Two quick keto breakfast recipes / Keto Idli and Dosa Malayalam recipes

INGREDIENTS for Idli

Grated coconut / Coconut powder – 1 cup
Egg – 2
Green chilly – 1
Salt – as needed
Coconut oil – as needed

Method

Take a blender, add coconut and 1 egg , grind
Again add 1 egg and grind well to became a smooth paste
Add this paste into a bowl , add salt and mix well
Take an idli mould , pour batter into the mould
Boil a steamer , place the idli mould into the steamer
Steam for 7-10 minutes
After remove from the steamer and allow to cool
Then de- mould them

INGREDIENTS for Dosa

Almond / Almond powder – 1 cup
Grated coconut – 1/4 cup
Grated cheese – 1/2 cup
Salt – as needed
Ghee / coconut oil – as needed

Soak almond overnight or take almond powder
Take a blender add soaked almond , grated coconut and enough water
Grind well and make a smooth paste like dosa batter
After pour the batter into a bowl, add grated cheese and salt
Heat a nonstick pan to medium flame
Pour one ladle of batter and spread in circular motion and make dosa
Keep the flame low , after one minute spread ghee or coconut oil
Allow the dosa to get crispy

Now our easy tasty low carb Idli and Dosa ready
Serve with coconut chutney
